Our program managers work with both our customers and our suppliers for raw material as well as tooling to ensure process capability, which will generate optimum manufacturing reliability. Maxtech’s quality team becomes involved early in the manufacturing feasibility process by utilizing both FMEA and APQP disciplines to ensure that a goal of 0 PPM is always the focus of the process.
